Power indicator- flashing red LED 2 times with 2 seconds pause

Unit may be defective

Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of G5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.

Power indicator- flashing red LED 3 times with 2 seconds pause

1. Triggered headphone amplifier DC protection

2. Unit may be defective

1. Try to turn down the volume level of G5 and reboot.

2. Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of G5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.

Status indicator- flashing red LED

Unit may be defective

Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of G5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.

Power indicator- yellow LED
Status indicator-magenta LED

DFU mode may be accidently entered

Reboot the G5 directly.

Power indicator does not on

May be run out of battery

Charge G5 firstly.

Firmware upgrade failed

Upgrade the firmware again.
