    Power light off

    · The unit need to be charge.

    No sound

    · Check the connections for all devices.

    · Insert connection cables all the way in.

    · Check the volume of all devices and whether they are muted.

    Noisy playback

    · Try with other songs.

    · Check to see if the problem is with the source, downstream equipment and cables.

    One channel with noise/no output

    · Check to see if the problem is with the source, headphone and cables.

    Channel imbalance

    · Check to see if the problem is with the source, headphone and cables.

    Indicator description

    Battery indication

                   · Steady green  -Enough power

                   · Flashing green  -Low battery

    Charge indication

                   · Power off: Flashing red  -Charging

                   · Power off: Steady red  -Fully charged

                   · Power on: Steady green&Flashing red  -Charging

                   · Power on: Steady green&Steady red  -Fully charged

    Red and green light: 1 Blink, Pause 1s (Repeat)

    · Supply voltage too high. Please use DC5V power supply.

    Red and green light: 2 Blinks, Pause 1s (Repeat)

    · Negative and positive voltage abnormal. Disconnect other devices and reboot. If the problem still persists, your unit may be defective. Please contact the store where you purchased it.

    Red and green light: 3 Blinks, Pause 1s (Repeat)

    · Amplifier circuit outputs abnormal DC voltage. After changing the song or turning down the volume, unplug and re-plug the power cable and reboot the unit. If the problem still persists after disconnecting the other devices and restarting it, the unit may be defective. Please contact the store where you purchased it.
