HS01

· Audio cable was connected improperly. Please Check and reconnect. Try both to connect the USB device to the HS01 before connecting it to the computer, and the other way.

· USB port incompatibility. HS01 is compatible with USB 2.0.

· If the USB device already has built-in USB isolation, HS01 is not required.

· USB cable is faulty. Try to use other USB cables.

· Try with another USB device. If it works perfectly with another USB device, the HS01 is fine.
