Volume control‍

 · BC3 has a 32-step volume adjustment which independently from your mobile phone’s control. Press the corresponding touch button to turn the volume up and down. (Uncontrollable volume during Optical output)

Can't be turned on‍

 · The unit need to be charge.

 · Unlock the touch buttons by the touch lock switch on the rear panel.

 · If still can't be turned on, your unit may be defective. Please contact the store where you purchased it.

Optical no output or sound breaks up‍

 · Insert the 3.5 optical converter all the way in.

 · Check the connections for all devices. And check if using the correct connectors.

 · Check if the downstream device supports the sample rate of the currently playing song.

‍

Cannot pair the Bluetooth‍

 · Enter the pairing mode by pressing and holding the "▶||" and "+" buttons at the same time.

 · Bring the Bluetooth device near to this unit.

 · Charge the unit and reboot it.

Bluetooth in: the sound is cut off‍

 · Bring the Bluetooth device near to this unit.

 · Remove obstructions between the Bluetooth device and this unit.

 · To prevent electromagnetic interference, locate this unit away from microwave ovens, wireless LAN devices and other Bluetooth devices.

 · Reconnect the Bluetooth device.
