    Can't be turned on

    · Check the power connection.

    · Try with another DC15V power adapter.

    · Try with another power outlet.

    No sound

    · The device did not power on. Check the power supply.

    · Check that the proper input source is selected. Use the toggle on rear panel to switch input channel.

    · Check the connections for all devices.

    · Insertconnectioncablesallthewayin.

    · Check the volume of all devices and whether they are muted.

    Noisy playback

    · Try with other songs.

    · Checktoseeiftheproblemiswiththesource,downstreamequipmentandcables.

    One channel with noise/no output

    · Check to see if the problem is with the source, headphone and cables. You can try swapping the left and right channel connections and try with another headphone.

    Channel imbalance

    · Check to see if the problem is with the source, headphone and cables. You can try swapping the left and right channel connections and try with another headphone.

    H/M/L blinks, others are off

    · Firmware abnormal. Please try to re-flash the firmware.

    HML and H/L blinks alternately

    · Supply voltage too high/too low. Please use TOPPING’s power adapter.

    HML and M blinks alternately

    · PN voltage abnormal. Disconnect other devices and reboot. If the problem still persists, your unit may be defective. Please contact the store where you purchased it.

    Only blinks the current gain LED

    · Amplifier circuit outputs abnormal DC voltage. After changing the song or turning down the volume, unplug and re-plug the power cable and reboot the unit. If the problem still persists after disconnecting the other devices and restarting it, the unit may be defective. Please contact the store where you purchased it.
